<h2>About The Role</h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are looking for a strategic Account Executive to join the Zoo team to drive a</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> best-in-class sales process to achieve growth targets for the company. The person selected for this role will work closely with Zoo’s Director of Sales to test, iterate, and build out the company’s foundation of enterprise sales. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will be responsible for proactively pushing deals forward and positioning Zoo solutions that align with customer objectives. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in tech sales and prior experience owning an end-to-end sales process. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will be expected to have significant knowledge of the hardware design ecosystem, prior experience collaborating with engineering teams, and a deep understanding of how customers can best utilize Zoo’s products.</span></p>
<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive Zoo’s end-to-end sales process from </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">developing, managing, closing, and onboarding customers</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Help build a solid operating cadence around pipeline, forecasting, deal review, sales execution, and customer onboarding</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and research</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead engaging discovery meetings, uncovering customer needs and desired business value</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage the overall relationship and communication with key customers and have full command of their business model, application landscape and how Zoo’s solutions deliver value</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide guidance and best practices to apply Zoo products and technologies to achieve customers' business goals</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with the Zoo team to translate prospect feedback into meaningful product insights</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously improve our sales approach and offerings</span></li>

<h2 id="what-youll-need">What You’ll Need</h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated success in SaaS/software sales with experience owning the end-to-end sales process,</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> including </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing independently</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working and closing 6-figure enterprise deals in highly technical sales processes</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven track record of consistently hitting quotas in prior roles</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience independently building and refining early sales processes, documentation, creating pitch materials, sales collateral, business cases, ROI calculations, and pipeline management</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven ability to gather and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity. Willing to wear multiple hats while being adaptable, proactive, and collaborative in a startup environment</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to develop and speak about ROI from a potential Zoo customer’s perspective and relate it to their business needs</span></li>
</ul>
<h2 id="what-youll-need">Nice to Have</h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prior startup experience influencing early-stage sales processes with highly technical products</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with CAD</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with HubSpot</span></li>
