<p>Amazon is our client's largest acquisition engine outside of DTC. You’ll sit in the cockpit, steering everything from search/ DSP budgets to inventory health, while safeguarding brand equity in the world’s most competitive beauty aisle.<br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li> <strong>Own the P&amp;L</strong> - Set monthly sales, TACoS, and contribution-margin targets; course-correct in real time.</li> <li> <strong>Listing domination - </strong>Turn every PDP into a mini landing page: keyword-dense titles, mobile-first bullets, and premium A+ and Brand Story modules.</li> <li> <strong>Advertising excellence - </strong>Develop full-funnel PPC + DSP plans; iterate on campaign structure, placements, and creative to maximize share of voice.</li> <li> <strong>Brand registry &amp; compliance -</strong> Police unauthorized sellers, MAP violations, and IP issues with surgical precision.</li> <li> <strong>Promotions &amp; launches</strong> - Orchestrate Lightning Deals, Coupons, and influencer campaigns; script product-launch roadmaps from Vine to inbound FBA.</li> <li> <strong>Data –&gt; action - </strong>Build Looker or Excel dashboards marrying Business Reports, Brand Analytics, and Helium 10 to spot trend inflections before anyone else.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>5+ yrs running $5 – 20 MM Amazon businesses (ideally beauty or CPG).</li> <li>Deep command of Ads Console, DSP, and third-party tools (Pacvue, Quartile, or Perpetua).</li> <li>Proven record navigating FBA demand planning and inbound shipment juggling acts.</li> <li>Analytic firepower: advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL a bonus.</li> <li>Clear communicator who can explain channel intricacies to creatives, finance, and execs alike.</li> </ul>
