<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused <strong>Account Coordinato</strong>r to join our growing team. This role involves assisting with the quoting and servicing of personal and commercial insurance policies, ensuring clients receive the support they need throughout the process.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>•Assist with the quoting and servicing of personal and commercial insurance policies. </p><p>• Review client coverage, ensuring accuracy and compliance. </p><p>• Issue certificates of insurance and process cancellation requests.</p><p> • Handle payments and policy documentation efficiently. </p><p>• Provide light administrative support to the business owner, including scheduling, email follow-ups, and basic organizational tasks.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Experience: <strong>Minimum 6 months in an insurance-related </strong>or administrative role.</p><p> • Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with clients and provide excellent customer service. </p><p>• Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and insurance-related software. </p><p>• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities effectively. </p><p>• Work Style: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working remotely with reliability.<br></p><p><strong>Work Schedule </strong></p><p>Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST</p>
