Core functions include increasing new and existing sales, maintaining customer relations through excellent customer service, and identifying and developing new business opportunities.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div>

<div data-bind="html: Job.Requirements"><p><strong>Account Manager responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Prospect, qualify/disqualify, and fulfill client needs</li><li>Attain, expand, and maintain client networks</li><li>Advocate for and deliver on excellent customer service</li><li>Meet or exceed individual and company revenue goals</li><li>Develop and apply expertise in building product industries to maximize effectiveness and excellence of problem-solving client needs</li><li>Maintain thorough, up-to-date records of industry developments, client needs, and client/prospect information</li><li>Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all internal and external testing laboratories, evaluation services, certification agencies and inspection agencies</li><li>Effectively communicate client needs and expectations to Operations staff to ensure excellent customer service</li><li>Promote effective communication throughout the organization</li><li>Identify, recommend, and promote opportunities and actions to build new business</li><li>Oversee, organize, prioritize, and schedule work activities and assignments alone and in groups</li><li>Other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><p><strong>Top Skills and Proficiencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Active listening and communication skills</li><li>Conflict management</li><li>Critical thinking and problem solving</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Independence</li><li>Influential and persuasive speaking</li><li>Objective-focused</li><li>Self-motivation, teamwork</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Expectations:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology or demonstrated success in similar responsibilities</li><li>Previous experience in the construction industry or trades</li><li>Previous experience with building products, fire-resistant construction, flame protection systems/products preferred</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and physical communication skills</li><li>Must be willing and able to work from home and maintain excellent connection for video calls</li><li>Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time</li></ul><p>Valid driver's license is required</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ICC NTA LLC </strong>offers a competitive starting salary and comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation and PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance, company paid basic life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, and 401k with generous company match.</p></div>
