<h1>Account Development Executive</h1><p><strong>Department: </strong>Sales</p><p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Full Time</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>US</p><br><br><h3>Description</h3><div>We’re looking for an <strong>Account Development Executive</strong> to join our successful Sales team. This role blends traditional business development skills with those of a license salesperson. You will be responsible for outbound lead generation into named accounts/prospects, inbound lead qualification and the closure of small/mid-sized license deals. For larger named accounts, you will work closely with the senior Sales executives who own the accounts, to qualify and develop opportunities and share the revenue on these deals when they close.&nbsp;</div><br><br><h3>In this role you will: </h3><ul>
<li>Tailor outbound messaging and value propositions based on campaign specifications;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct account research, maintain and update territory and/or account plans, including capturing and documenting requirements;</li>
<li>Manage inbound leads from multiple sources (Enfogen, trade shows, marketing campaigns etc.) and ensure they are properly tracked;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities within Salesforce;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work with other members of the sales team, including presales, to assess product fit relative to client requirements;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Execute full sales cycles of small to mid-sized deals taking sole ownership or sharing the responsibility with a Senior Salesperson (subject to experience);&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with Senior Salespeople to support product demos and presentations, assist with pricing strategies, and manage relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.</li>
</ul><br><br><h3>Your profile:</h3><ul>
<li>At least 2 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales Development Representative role in a SaaS or enterprise software companies, with a strong aspiration to transition into a sales position;</li>
<li>Expertise in Salesforce or other CRM platforms, plus working knowledge of Sales methodology and processes;</li>
<li>Have a background in working with complex technical software, such as RPA, BPM, integration or similar;</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging and effective software demonstrations to diverse audiences;</li>
<li>Good understanding of building and presenting strong business cases to stakeholders;</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with the teams across multiple functions (presales, sales, marketing, product management etc.);</li>
<li>Experience in the financial sector including Investment Banking, Sales &amp; Trading, Wealth &amp; Asset Management, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Fintech or Insurance would be considered an advantage;</li>
<li>Location in the US Eastern time zone (or be an early riser in the Central time zone);</li>
<li>Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities – particularly in the New York City area and occasional trips to Europe.</li>
