<p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Job Description:</b></u></p><div><i><b>Baptist Health is looking for a Remote 340B Program Coordinator to join our Pharmacy Team! This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN.</b></i></div><div><p></p><p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Split-Billing Software Maintenance</li><li>Ensures that the 340b pharmacy program is continuously compliant with 340b federal regulations and monitors 340B guidance and rule changes.</li><li>Develops, executes, and documents self-audits of the 340b process. Coordinates and ensures remediation of findings.</li><li>Responsible for managing and troubleshooting pharmacy billing issues and ensuring that adequate systems checks are reviewed to prevent billing issues.</li><li>Evaluates patient eligibility for qualified and non-qualified patients in hospital-based mixed-use areas by reviewing patient medical records, insurance plans, and hospital <span><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">status. </span></span></li><li>Serves as the primary internal program coordinator and liaison for all 340b-related matters.</li><li>Assesses opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to yield higher compliance.</li><li>Collaborates with department leadership to improve and enhance service offerings.</li><li>Provides oversight for the implementation of process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Monitors purchasing records and clearly documents utilization, savings, problem areas, and exceptions or discrepancies.</li><li>Monitors inventory levels to effectively balance product availability and cost-efficient inventory <span><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">control. </span></span></li><li>Serves as the point person and coordinator for all audits, coordinating all requests and responses. </li><li>Provides oversight for all audits performed by independent external auditors.</li><li>Assists in monitoring reports to ensure compliance with the program.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Must possess an Associate Degree in Business or Computer Science or have three years in direct 340B pharmacy coordination experience.</li><li>Must be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board with a Kentucky registry OR have 3+ years in direct 340B pharmacy coordination experience.</li><li>Must obtain Pharmacy technician Certification within 6 months.</li><li>PTCB Certification is required if working on-site in a Baptist Health Pharmacy.</li></ul></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3><i>If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!</i><span class="emphasis-3"> </span></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3><span>Baptist Health is an <i>Equal Employment Opportunity</i> employer.</span></h3>
