Our north star is speed; everything we do is in the service of helping our customers get their permits as fast as possible.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We serve some of the top developers, builders, retailers and architects in the industry to permit new apartment buildings, office space, homes, stores and much more!</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>🧑‍💻 The Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">In this role you will</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own the Full Sales Cycle: </strong>Take qualified opportunities from SDRs and your own outreach and lead them through discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and close with a focus on delivering value at every stage.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Drive New Business and Expand Existing Accounts:</strong> Convert qualified leads into customers, then grow those accounts by identifying upsell opportunities, new use cases, and wider adoption.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Execute Strategic Outreach: </strong>Collaborate with SDRs on targeted outreach strategies, account prioritization, and follow-up to ensure a steady flow of high-quality pipeline.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Communicate Value to Senior Stakeholders: </strong>Deliver clear, tailored pitches decision-makers, aligning product capabilities with business needs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Collaborate Cross-Functionally: </strong>Partner with permitting, marketing and product teams to shape demos, proposals, and customer experiences that drive results.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Continuously Improve: </strong>Share insights from the field to help refine messaging, evolve the product, and strengthen sales processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Hit Your Number: </strong>Consistently meet or exceed your revenue targets while maintaining strong forecast accuracy and a focus on long-term customer success.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>📋 Need to have</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Consistent top performer in previous organizations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">4+ years of AE Experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with <em>some</em> sales methodology (MEDDPICC, BANT, Sandler, etc)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Team player mentality, adept at working cross-functionally and within sales org</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Clear-eyed regarding the hustle, attitude, intellectual curiosity and flexibility needed to thrive in an early stage environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Great communicator with exceptional writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills, paired with strong organization and time management to effectively manage priorities and build trust across stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>🌟 Nice to haves</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Has worked into construction or construction-adjacent industry</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Early stage startup experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Eager to work on-site in Manhattan</p></li></ul>
