An expanding project pipeline now requires a sales professional who understands every nuance of selling WebDev services—from discovery and UX audits to full-stack builds and post-launch support.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>Role Summary</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">The Account Executive owns new-business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. Daily work involves prospecting digital-native companies, leading discovery conversations, scoping technical solutions with engineering leads, and negotiating project agreements. Credibility with both CTOs and marketing stakeholders is essential, as is a track record of closing sizable WebDev engagements.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and qualify prospects whose growth depends on custom web builds or site re-platforming.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate business objectives into scoped proposals, statements of work, and phased roadmaps.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate internal designers and developers during pre-sales to ensure technical accuracy.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain pipeline data and forecasting rigor in HubSpot (or comparable CRM).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with delivery managers to guide seamless hand-offs and uncover upsell opportunities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Represent the agency at industry meetups, webinars, and conferences to generate referrals.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>Required Experience</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Minimum three years carrying quota at a <strong>web-development agency</strong>; must show closed deals for custom websites or web apps valued at USD 100K or higher.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluency in WebDev concepts—responsive design, CMS migrations, headless architecture, performance optimization, CI/CD—and ability to explain them to non-technical buyers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency in modern CRM workflows; HubSpot preferred.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for translating technical scope into business value.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>Preferred Extras</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with common stacks such as React, Next.js, Node, or PHP/Laravel.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience selling to e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech brands that demand scalable web platforms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Understanding of agile delivery and the ability to set client expectations around sprints and iterative releases.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>Success Targets (First 6 Months)</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Close two net-new web-development projects totaling at least USD 250K.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Expand one existing client by 20 percent through additional feature work or maintenance retainers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keep CRM data accuracy above 90 percent while maintaining a rolling 90-day forecast.</p></li></ul>
