<ul><li><strong>Customer Lifecycle Management:</strong> Own the full sales cycle from lead to close. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor solutions that enhance their business growth.</li><li><strong>Strategic Account Growth:</strong> Manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service and support. Focus on maximizing retention, acquisition, and upselling opportunities.</li><li><strong>Innovative Solution Selling:</strong> Conduct detailed product demonstrations and effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our lead generation tools. Help customers understand how Salespush can transform their business operations.</li><li><strong>Relationship Building:</strong> Forge lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Understand the nuances of different business models and adapt your approach to meet diverse client needs.</li><li><strong>Performance and Metrics:</strong> Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Use data insights to demonstrate ROI to clients and guide your sales strategies.</li><li><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and the development of new features that meet market demands.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Skills & Experience Required:</strong></p>
<ul><li><strong>Proven Sales Expertise:</strong> Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, specifically with a track record of success in the SMB segment, preferably in a SaaS or digital solutions environment.</li><li><strong>Educational Background:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Experience using GTM software, preferably Salesforce/Hubspot/Apollo/Outreach/Clay, to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.</li><li><strong>Strong Communicator:</strong> Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building relationships and closing deals with a variety of stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Adaptive and Agile:</strong> Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving business landscape.</li></ul>
