<b>Description</b><br><p><strong>Overview</strong>:&nbsp;</p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager.</p><p>In this role, you will oversee the strategy and the day-to-day implementation of our financial product solutions that match the needs of our business.</p><p>A strong financial background is a must for the perfect applicant, ideally as a CPA, accountant or economist.&nbsp;</p><p>Any technical background is a benefit.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>·Implementation of the product's strategy and vision, and make sure it’s aligned with the company's overall objectives and market trends in the financial industry.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>·</strong>Market research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, product market fit, and customer needs within the financial technology space.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>·</strong>Product roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on strategic initiatives, customer feedback, and market opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals and resources.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>·</strong>Product ownership: Lead cross-functional agile team through the product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, and launch, while maintaining focus on quality and timeliness.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>·</strong>User experience: proven experience as Product lead pivot. Champion a user-centric approach to product development, leveraging usability testing, customer feedback, and data analytics to continuously improve the user experience and drive user engagement.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><p>&nbsp;·Bachelor’s degree in accounting- Must!</p><p><strong>·</strong>&nbsp;Deep understanding of the financial domain, ecosystem and industry, including accountant firm operations - a must.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>·</strong>&nbsp;Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B software products, preferably in the financial domain.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>·</strong>&nbsp;Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.&nbsp;</p><br>
