<p><span style="font-size: 13px;">This Account Executive position reports directly to the National Sales Director and is primarily responsible for selling TechOnPurpose’s (“TOP”) comprehensive line of computing, collaboration, contracting, connectivity and cybersecurity services (“The 5Cs”) to select clients within assigned sales territories.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-size: 13px;">Primary Responsibilities:</span></span></p>
<p><br></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Hit the ground running to build and maintain a growing book of highly satisfied direct clients matching the companies published ICP (“Ideal Customer Profile”).</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Support in-territory Partners to enable partner growth and sales success.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Coordinate with Sales Engineering &amp; Support&nbsp; teams to develop and deliver best-in-class technology solutions and proposals, across the TOP product portfolio.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Work in harmony with sales management and peers to foster shared sales success that transcends borders and industries, propelling TOP’s innovative technology solutions to unparalleled heights, with high closing rates for new direct and partner customers.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Partner with Customer Experience team to expand relationships and add-on products/services for existing customers with a focus on growth and profitability.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Work in harmony with PMO and Service Delivery teams for a successful transition through the customer journey, from pre to post sales.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Conducts sales needs analysis with new and prospective customers, including the development of client-centric product solutions.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Learn, document and aptly convey the technology needs of ICP aligned prospects, and work harmoniously with Sales Engineering &amp; Support to design, developy &amp; deliver solutions and proposals to meet individual business needs of each.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Be a self starter, generating new leads by contacting prospective clients via telephone, cold call premise visits, networking, and industry events.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Qualify new leads and schedule needed discovery &amp; site surveys to determine serviceability of prospects.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Timely maintain TOP CRM systems (and other systems as directed) to report sales activity and customer information.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Work in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel as directed.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Attend all sales&nbsp; &amp; company meetings and training sessions as scheduled and requested.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Achieve and exceed new business revenue quota targets across the TOP product/service portfolio&nbsp; (monthly, quarterly and annually) according to current compensation plans.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-size: 13px;">Qualifications &amp; Skills:</span></span><span style="font-size: 13px;">&nbsp;</span></p>

<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">3+ years of established successful sales experience.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Broad working knowledge of at least (3) of the (5) TOP 5C’s - cybersecurity preferred.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">High effectiveness in collaborating with cross-functional teams.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and speaking skills.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">A passion for helping people solve problems and a proven ability to understand technology concepts.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Highly organized self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</span></li>
