<p>Currently, we are looking for a driven and consultative <strong>Account Executive </strong>to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from qualifying inbound and outbound leads to delivering demos, handling procurement, and closing deals. Your ability to understand client needs, communicate value, and navigate complex mid-market sales cycles will be key to driving Fluix's growth in the EU region.</p>

<h3 class="" data-start="624" data-end="649"><strong data-start="628" data-end="649">What will you do:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="653" data-end="787">Identify and research potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other social channels</li>
<li data-start="653" data-end="787">Assess the level of interest, urgency, and fit of prospects for Fluix’s solutions</li>
<li data-start="653" data-end="787">Build strong relationships with prospects, identify pain points, and position Fluix as the right solution</li>
<li data-start="653" data-end="787">Deliver tailored, consultative product demos that address prospect needs and objections</li>
<li data-start="653" data-end="787">Maintain up-to-date CRM records and forecast opportunities using HubSpot&nbsp;</li>
<li data-start="653" data-end="787">Partner with BDRs, Marketing, and Solutions Engineers to improve lead quality and deal velocity</li>
<li data-start="653" data-end="787">Stay up-to-date on trends in construction, aviation, and related industries</li>
<li data-start="653" data-end="787">Drive new ARR by running full-cycle deals and closing with confidence</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="" data-start="1569" data-end="1587"><strong data-start="1573" data-end="1587">About you:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="1591" data-end="1656">2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech</li>
<li data-start="1591" data-end="1656">Proven ability to run full-cycle sales processes (from discovery to close)</li>
<li data-start="1591" data-end="1656">Strong written and verbal communication in English</li>
<li data-start="1591" data-end="1656">Consultative mindset, with high curiosity and initiative</li>
<li data-start="1591" data-end="1656">Familiar with sales methodology, preferably MEDDICC, BANT, or Challenger</li>
<li data-start="1591" data-end="1656">Comfortable working independently while closely collaborating with distributed teams</li>
<li data-start="1591" data-end="1656">Experience in selling to mid-market companies and working towards measurable revenue targets</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="" data-start="2119" data-end="2143"><strong data-start="2123" data-end="2143">Would be a plus:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="2147" data-end="2200">Experience working with procurement and legal teams</li>
<li data-start="2147" data-end="2200">Familiarity with aviation, manufacturing, or construction verticals</li>
<li data-start="2147" data-end="2200">Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM</li>
<li data-start="2147" data-end="2200">Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Salesloft</li>
