<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a Junior Paid Media Buyer with 3+ years of experience running performance marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms. You’re someone who’s comfortable inside Ads Manager, eager to learn, and hungry to scale.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, has strong foundational skills in paid media, and wants to deepen their knowledge of creative strategy, attribution, and full-funnel growth.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p>Paid Social Execution & Support</p><p>- Assist in the day-to-day management of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging</p><p>platforms</p><p>- Launch, monitor, and optimize ads based on performance targets (ROAS, CPA, CAC,</p><p>etc.)</p><p>- Help structure campaigns for testing different creative, audiences, and funnel stages</p><p>- Report on campaign results and highlight trends or anomalies to senior team members</p><p></p><p>Data & Reporting</p><p>- Pull data from platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and attribution tools like</p><p>Triple Whale</p><p>- Support the creation of reports and dashboards for internal updates</p><p>- Analyze basic campaign metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and assist with identifying</p><p>optimization opportunities</p><p></p><p>Creative Collaboration</p><p>- Work closely with the creative team to suggest ad angles, hooks, and formats based on</p><p>what’s performing</p><p>- Help organize creative assets and provide feedback loops between media and design</p><p>- Assist in tracking creative fatigue and suggesting refreshes</p><p></p><p>Learning & Strategy Development</p><p>- Support senior buyers in building media plans</p><p>- Participate in brainstorming sessions on strategy, planning, and creative direction</p><p>- Stay up to date on platform changes, trends, and best practices</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>- 3+ years of experience in paid social media buying for DTC brands</p><p>- Experience running campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or TikTok</p><p>- Familiarity with ad metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and campaign structure best</p><p>practices</p><p>- Comfortable navigating Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and basic reporting dashboards</p><p>- Communicates clearly and collaborates well with cross-functional teams (creative,</p><p>analytics, CRO)</p><p>- Excited about growing in a fast-paced, remote-first performance marketing environment<br><br><strong>Why This Role is Different</strong></p><p>- Mentorship from senior buyers</p><p>- Exposure to multiple paid platforms and tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, Haus, etc.)</p><p>- Collaborative culture where media, creative, and CRO work together — not in silos</p><p>- Hands-on experience in real, high-stakes performance environments</p>
