<p>Job Title: Senior Paid Media Buyer (Meta, TikTok & Beyond)</p><p>Location: Remote (US Time Zone)</p><p></p><p>About the Role</p><p>We're looking for a senior-level Paid Social Buyer to own and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms. You’re someone who’s managed $80K-100K+/day for a DTC brand, with a minimum of 50k/day of that being Meta (within the past 1–2 years), and you bring more than technical know-how — you have strong instincts for creative strategy, deep attribution experience (Northbeam/Triple Whale), and understanding of incrementality (ex: Geo lift testing, Haus), and thrive when fully owning outcomes across spend, performance, and strategy.</p><p></p><p>This is not just a buying seat — this is full-funnel performance ownership.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p><strong>Paid Social Strategy & Execution</strong></p><ul> <li>Own paid social and search performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms (AppLovin, Snap, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts) </li> <li>Build scalable campaign structures and testing plans to drive profitable growth</li> <li>Launch, manage, and optimize $2M+/month in ad spend with full autonomy</li> <li>Develop media plans rooted in customer acquisition, CAC/LTV, and overall MER targets</li> </ul><p>Data, Attribution & Analysis</p><ul> <li>Use multi-touch attribution tools like Northbeam or Triple Whale to uncover true performance insights</li> <li>Analyze incrementality reports through in-platform or external tools</li> <li>Detect patterns in data, segment performance by geo/creative/audience/funnel stage, and act decisively</li> <li>Create custom reports and dashboards to communicate wins, losses, and opportunities</li> </ul><p>Creative & Funnel Collaboration</p><ul> <li>Brief creative team on angles, hooks, and formats based on performance data and competitor analysis</li> <li>Collaborate with CRO to ensure ads and landing pages are congruent, optimized, and continuously tested</li> <li>Influence ad design and funnel construction with a focus on improving CVR and AOV</li> <li>Planning, Incrementality Testing, & Media Mix Modeling</li> <li>Evaluate media mix, timing, flighting, and platform selection based on business needs and channel maturity</li> <li>Use tools like Haus or geo lift testing </li> <li>Contribute to cross-platform growth strategy by identifying scale opportunities beyond Meta/TikTok</li> <li>Align planning with client objectives across both brand and performance goals (e.g. awareness, acquisition)</li> </ul><p>Leadership, Communication & Innovation</p><ul> <li>Communicate strategies, insights, and media recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership</li> <li>Build structured, scalable processes to manage high daily budgets with precision and accountability</li> <li>Stay ahead of platform changes, ad policy shifts, and industry benchmarks</li> </ul><p><br>How You’ll Spend Your Time</p><p>25% Analysis: Review campaign performance, spot trends, uncover insights</p><p>25% Strategy: Plan experiments, identify scale ops, refine account structure</p><p>25% Execution: Launch/optimize campaigns, troubleshoot, manage budgets</p><p>25% Creative: Brief creative, synthesize feedback, iterate rapidly</p><p></p><p></p><p>Why This Role is Different</p><ul> <li>Ownership over large budgets and outcomes — you're not just pushing buttons</li> <li>Collaborative, no-silos environment — media, creative, and CRO work together</li> <li>Strong data infrastructure and attribution tools — you’ll actually see what’s working</li> <li>Ambitious, high-performing team culture where the best ideas win</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Who You Are</p><ul> <li>5+ years in media buying with at least 2+ years managing $50K+/day on Meta for a DTC brand</li> <li>Proven ownership of $2M+/month in spend, across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels</li> <li>Familiarity with other channels like Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, or Taboola</li> <li>Deep understanding of direct response creative and full-funnel performance marketing with a POV on creative trends, ad fatigue, and audience behavior on social platforms</li> <li>Experience with multi-touch attribution platforms like Northbeam or Triple Whale</li> <li>Experience with incrementality platforms like Haus</li> <li>Analytical and pattern-driven thinker — fluent in dashboards, spreadsheets, and pivot tables</li> <li>Natural collaborator who communicates clearly with creative, CRO, and analytics teams</li> <li>Equal parts strategist and executor — you can zoom out and dive in with ease</li> <li>Comfortable in fast-paced, remote-first environments with high expectations and high autonomy</li> </ul>
