<h3>ABOUT THE ROLE…</h3>
<p><strong>Pure Storage India </strong>is seeking a dynamic and driven&nbsp;<strong>Sales Hunter&nbsp;</strong>to join our&nbsp;<strong>Enterprise</strong> team in Delhi. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing new business, working with our channel resellers and key customer accounts. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success in the Enterprise / Government sector.</p>
<h3>YOUR CHALLENGE…</h3>
<p>As an Account Executive, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Promote Innovative Solutions</strong>: Advocate for our all-flash enterprise storage technology.</li>
<li><strong>Build Relationships:&nbsp;</strong>Foster strong connections with Enterprise / Government customers, ensuring high satisfaction.</li>
<li><strong>Lead and Strategize:</strong>&nbsp;Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers.</li>
<li><strong>Manage Sales Pipeline:</strong>&nbsp;Drive activities to meet and exceed sales quotas.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate with Partners:</strong>&nbsp;Work with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position Pure Storage.</li>
<li><strong>Execute Account Strategies:&nbsp;</strong>Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently.</li>
<li><strong>Deliver Results:</strong>&nbsp;Surpass quotas, maintain a strong pipeline, and drive referenceable business.</li>
<li><strong>Communicate Effectively:&nbsp;</strong>Present proposals highlighting Pure Storage’s benefits.</li>
</ul>
<h3>WHAT YOU’LL BRING…</h3>
<p>To excel in this role, you should have:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Sales Passion:</strong>&nbsp;A strong drive for sales and relationship building.</li>
<li><strong>Enterprise Experience:</strong> Experience with direct/indirect sales on Enterprise / Government accounts.</li>
<li><strong>Partner Collaboration:&nbsp;</strong>Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.</li>
<li><strong>Prospecting Skills:&nbsp;</strong>Advanced skills in engaging new customers required.</li>
<li><strong>Ambition and Drive:</strong>&nbsp;A goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change.</li>
<li><strong>Proven Success:&nbsp;</strong>A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.</li>
<li><strong>Adaptability:&nbsp;</strong>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li><strong>Industry Knowledge:</strong>&nbsp;Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.</li>
<li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong>&nbsp;Excellent time management and communication abilities.</li>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong>&nbsp;8+ years of field sales experience.</li>
