Publix Customer Team Lead

<p>This position will lead the Publix Customer Team with 4 direct reports and leadership for cross functional team Category Management and Shopper marketing dedicated team. Building and maintaining relationships with Publix leadership team with goal of being their top supplier. Delivering on key priorities/ opportunities with division. Foster Team environment, where all members of the team have responsibility and ownership for their business. Challenge the norm to unlock new growth opportunities and creatively test new ideas. Manage and develop a large team, levering the individual strengths and collective efforts, for success. Maximize trade spend efficiencies for improved ROI while supporting merchandising needs of Unilever and Publix.
