<h4><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h4>

<li>Spearhead the growth & adoption of Grafana Cloud by converting our month-to-month customers into long-term, high-value annual contracts</li>
<li>Own the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals, ensuring customer success along the way</li>
<li>Leverage data-driven insights to proactively engage customers and position the long-term value of Grafana cloud </li>
<li>Expertly convey the value of Grafana Cloud and differentiation between our self-serve and contracted options</li>
<li>Partner with cross functional teams to refine messaging, improve product, and enhance the customer journey</li>
<li>Shape the future of the team by contributing best practices, sales playbooks, and process improvements as we build </li>
<li>Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests</li>
<li>Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives</li>
</ul>

<h4><strong>Requirements:</strong></h4>
<div>
<ul>
<li>1+ years of experience in software sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets in a competitive environment</li>
<li>Results driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, drive deals forward, and deliver measurable results</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills across all channels (in person, online, in writing) with the ability to build strong working relationships both in person and virtually</li>
<li>Strong interest in observability, PLG, and technical sales </li>
<li>Self-starter mentality, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments where innovation and execution matter</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce, Gong, quoting tools, and Zoominfo is preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC sales methodologies is ideal</li>

<div>In the United States, the OTE compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
