This opportunity is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build their own book of business with the backing of a national media brand.</div><div><br></div><div>You’ll be working alongside a passionate team to connect brands with our powerful radio, digital, and social media platforms. If you're a strategic thinker, natural networker, and fearless closer who’s ready to grow their income potential without limits—this is your stage.</div><div><br></div><div>Reporting to the Regional General Manager in Texas, you’ll lead business development efforts through prospecting, cold calling, client outreach, and creative sales strategies. This role is perfect for someone looking to take their sales game to the next level and be part of a mission-driven media company making an impact in the Latino community.</div><div>

</div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with direct clients and agencies</li>
<li>Expand and nurture a growing book of business through relationship-building and referrals</li>
<li>Use your knowledge of digital, radio, and social media to craft compelling proposals</li>
<li>Attend client meetings, networking events, and activations to grow your presence in the market</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales presentations and materials</li>
<li>Negotiate contracts, monitor campaigns, and ensure client satisfaction</li>
<li>Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and activity metrics</li>
<li>Other duties as deemed necessary</li>
</ul><div><br></div><br><br><h3>You Have These</h3><div><strong>Experience:</strong></div><ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, or business development</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to make a pitch stick</li>
<li>Motivated, persistent, and goal-driven with a hunter mentality</li>
<li>Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable using CRM tools</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>
</ul><div><strong>We’d Love If You Also Have These</strong></div><ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with tools like Matrix, Nielsen Audio, Tapscan, or Wide Orbit</li>
<li>Social media savvy—you understand how brands engage with audiences online</li>
