<p><strong>FULL TIME</strong></p><p><strong>REMOTE</strong></p><p><strong>Position:</strong>&nbsp;Business Development Representative/Account Manager</p><p><strong>Type of contract:</strong>&nbsp;Independent contractor</p><p></p><p>Position Overview</p><p>In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for both acquiring new clients (Business Development) and nurturing and growing existing relationships (Account Management). You will play a key role in helping law firms discover the power of the company's services, acting as a trusted advisor and solutions expert.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Business Development:</p><ul> <li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and lead follow-ups.</li> <li>Conduct discovery calls and product/service presentations with prospective clients.</li> <li>Work with marketing to convert inbound leads into active sales opportunities.</li> <li>Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies, target markets, and growth goals.</li> </ul><p></p><p>Account Management:</p><ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of law firm clients.</li> <li>Understand each client's unique needs and provide tailored solutions to drive retention and satisfaction.</li> <li>Upsell and cross-sell additional services and offerings.</li> <li>Monitor client performance metrics and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.</li> <li>Manage client communications, check-ins, and problem-solving.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (B2B preferred).</li> <li>Experience working with or selling to law firms or professional services clients is a major plus.</li> <li>Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets.</li> <li>Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Comfortable presenting via Zoom and working in a fully remote environment.</li> <li>Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).</li> <li>Highly organized and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.</li> </ul><p></p><p>Preferred Skills:</p><ul> <li>Understanding of legal services, virtual staffing, or SaaS is a bonus.</li> <li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.</li> <li>Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.</li> </ul>
