<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the position:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ditto is seeking an SDR to join its rapidly expanding Go To Market organization. From facilitating initial conversations, to developing team wide best practices and messaging, you will be an integral member for our GTM team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating excitement about Ditto, and pipeline for our Sales Directors. You’ll get to work alongside an extremely passionate and supportive group, but most importantly you’ll jumpstart your career in an exciting field.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>As a Sales Development Representative, you will:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads, delivering high-quality, qualified leads to our team of Sales Directors</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with Sales Directors to build territory plans and execute against quarterly goals</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Nurture early phase engagement in order to produce future pipeline</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Consistently deliver a high level of activity, first researching, then using all tools at your disposal to engage with prospects</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This could be a mix of cold calling, strategic email and social campaigns</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Track your activity accordingly within HubSpot and Gong</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build outbound sales campaigns and refine messaging</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Attend industry trade shows and events, representing Ditto and engaging with customers and prospects</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Meet a minimum standard of monthly goals for both inbound and outbound meetings generated and pipeline sourced </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Understand Ditto’s value proposition and have a basic technical knowledge around the offering</span></li>
</ul>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">To be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Must have experience working with a SAAS product</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborative, coachable attitude</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Enjoy challenges and real time problem solving</span></li>
