What the job involves
- The Amazon Alexa International team is looking for a Senior Product Manager on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract to improve and invent the Alexa customer experience for UK customers ,
- As a Senior Product Manager, you will have a wide set of responsibilities to ensure our customers are delighted, including launching new Alexa powered devices and experiences and making Alexa continuously smarter ,
- You will work closely with many partner teams including business development, solutions architects, engineering, marketing and legal to bring a world class Alexa experience to the UK ,
- Define user needs and identify opportunities to grow Alexa in the UK and Ireland ,
- Launch Amazon Echo devices ensuring these exceed our customer’s expectations ,
- Define & prioritise high quality product roadmaps and working backwards plans to deliver on team strategy and vision ,
- Own the roadmap and quality of the Alexa experience for specific Customer segments in the UK ,
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial or technical goals
