What the job involves

  • The Amazon Alexa International team is looking for a Senior Product Manager on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract to improve and invent the Alexa customer experience for UK customers
  • ,
  • As a Senior Product Manager, you will have a wide set of responsibilities to ensure our customers are delighted, including launching new Alexa powered devices and experiences and making Alexa continuously smarter
  • ,
  • You will work closely with many partner teams including business development, solutions architects, engineering, marketing and legal to bring a world class Alexa experience to the UK
  • ,
  • Define user needs and identify opportunities to grow Alexa in the UK and Ireland
  • ,
  • Launch Amazon Echo devices ensuring these exceed our customer’s expectations
  • ,
  • Define & prioritise high quality product roadmaps and working backwards plans to deliver on team strategy and vision
  • ,
  • Own the roadmap and quality of the Alexa experience for specific Customer segments in the UK
  • ,
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial or technical goals
