<p>One of our operating companies is looking to hire an Account Executive. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Go-To-Market Team. We are looking for a high energy and dynamic individual. The right candidate will be one that works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets</li>
<li>Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients</li>
<li>Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient process</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention</li>
<li>Work closely with customer success and services teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing client engagement</li>
<li>Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts</li>
<li>Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities.</li>
<li>Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities with the broader sales team</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills & Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry</li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with experience managing a full sales cycle from lead generation to close</li>
<li>Strong understanding of sales methodologies, including value-based selling, and consultative sales; Proficient in developing and executing sales strategies</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner; Strong negotiation skills</li>
<li>Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels of an organization</li>
<li>Capable of understanding a prospect’s pain points and correlating this with value of the product</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, with the ability to coordinate with technical teams to address client needs</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Other Information</strong></p>

<li>Benefits: Generous package including discretionary time off, health / dental / vision, 401K matching.</li>
<li>Compensation: $80k base, $80k bonus CAD ($160k OTE) </li>
