The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for various roles across the organization.</h4><br><u><strong>▶︎ </strong></u><u>Key Responsibilities</u><ul><li>Conduct targeted research to identify potential candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.</li><li>Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.</li><li>Screen candidate profiles to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Manage candidate data and sourcing activities in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>Proactively engage passive candidates to generate interest and build relationships.</li><li>Monitor market trends and provide insights on talent availability and competitor activities.</li><li>Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s values and culture to potential candidates.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on sourcing metrics and candidate pipelines.</li></ul><br><u><strong>▶︎ </strong>Requirements</u><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related role.</li><li>Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify high-quality candidates.</li><li>Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li></ul><br><u><strong>▶︎ </strong>Preferred Qualifications</u><ul><li>Experience sourcing for technical or specialized roles is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.</li><li>Multilingual abilities or experience in a global recruiting environment.</li></ul>
