<p class="" data-start="313" data-end="436">Serve as the primary driver of new business by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with prospective clients.</p>

<p class="" data-start="439" data-end="598">Utilize Sandler or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC methodologies to uncover pain points, align on business outcomes, and guide prospects through a consultative sales process.</p>

<p class="" data-start="601" data-end="706">Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery through contract negotiation and close.</p>
</li>

<p class="" data-start="709" data-end="824">Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase ARR and drive revenue growth.</p>

<p class="" data-start="827" data-end="962">Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Product teams to refine messaging, targeting, and go-to-market strategies.</p>

<p class="" data-start="965" data-end="1107">Maintain a deep understanding of Interface.ai’s SaaS offerings and effectively articulate the business value and ROI to prospective clients.</p>

<p class="" data-start="1110" data-end="1214">Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and post-sale experience for new customers.</p>

<h3 class="" data-start="1438" data-end="1465"><strong data-start="1442" data-end="1465">What You Will Bring:</strong></h3>

<p class="" data-start="1469" data-end="1563">Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</p>
</li>

<p class="" data-start="1566" data-end="1687">3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales or account executive role, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry.</p>
</li>
<li class="" data-start="1688" data-end="1809">
<p class="" data-start="1690" data-end="1809">Hunter mentality with a strong track record of sourcing and closing new business, preferably with mid-market and enterprise clients.</p>
</li>
<li class="" data-start="1810" data-end="1882">
<p class="" data-start="1812" data-end="1882">Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and go-to-market strategies.</p>
</li>
<li class="" data-start="1883" data-end="1996">
<p class="" data-start="1885" data-end="1996">Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.</p>
</li>
<li class="" data-start="1997" data-end="2119">
<p class="" data-start="1999" data-end="2119">Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.</p>
</li>
<li class="" data-start="2120" data-end="2202">
<p class="" data-start="2122" data-end="2202">Analytical and strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.</p>
</li>
<li class="" data-start="2203" data-end="2300">
<p class="" data-start="2205" data-end="2300">Experience selling AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms is a strong plus.</p>
</li>
<li class="" data-start="2301" data-end="2411">
<p class="" data-start="2303" data-end="2411">Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with a high level of ownership and accountability.</p>

<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>On-Target-Earnings are expected to be between $220,000 - $300,000 (Base + Commissions). Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.</li>
