Portnox offers cloud-native zero trust access control and cybersecurity essentials that enable agile, resource-constrained IT teams to proactively address today’s most pressing security challenges. By eliminating the need for any on-premises footprint common among traditional information security systems, Portnox allows companies—no matter their size, geo-distribution, or networking architecture—to deploy, scale, enforce and maintain these critical zero trust security policies with unprecedented ease.<br><br>We are searching for an Ireland or UK-based <strong>Commercial Account Executive</strong>. &nbsp; The Commercial Account Executive (CAE) is responsible for acquiring new customers by closing deals primarily driven by inbound leads from multiple sources.&nbsp; The CAE is also expected to generate pipeline from outbound activities.&nbsp; This role will be responsible for owning the sales process from opportunity generation to post-sale handoff to the support and customer success teams.&nbsp; You will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with key individuals in target organizations and helping them understand the value that Portnox can bring to their business.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>This is a <strong>fully remote</strong>&nbsp;role, but the ideal candidate is located in Ireland, UK, Spain, or Portugal.</div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Utilize a solution sales approach to selling and creating value for customers</li>
<li>Prioritize opportunities and apply and manage appropriate resources&nbsp;</li>
<li>Add net new accounts and grow existing accounts</li>
<li>Track all customer details including use-case, time frames, success criteria, red flags and forecasting in Salesforce</li>
<li>Meet and exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets</li>
<li>Self-generate pipeline opportunities through proactive relationship selling and outbound prospecting&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage qualified opportunities through the emtirety of the sales process</li>
<li>Provide remote or in-person presentations and high-level product demos to mid-level and senior stakeholders</li>
<li>Maintain a strong, in-depth understanding of Portnox solutions and network and endpoint security market</li>
<li>Collaborate on new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability</li>
<li>Become a valuable and helpful resource in all interactions with customers and create a friendly reputation in the industry</li>
<li>Present information about company offerings during trade shows or other large events to potential customers.</li>
</ul><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</h3><ul>
<li>Proven track record of enterprise and mid-market sales experience in the networking or IT security space</li>
<li>4-6 years experience selling SAAS, especially cybersecurity or IT management</li>
<li>Strong technical acumen of networking environments and IT security challenges</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills</li>
