<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Conduct regular business reviews with customers to uncover new needs and growth opportunities</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Understand customers' business objectives and challenges to tailor solutions that address their needs</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Act as a liaison between customers and technical support teams to address and resolve technical issues promptly</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure customers receive timely and effective solutions</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Provide consultative guidance to customers, helping them understand how to strategically utilize Automox products or services to address their specific challenges and achieve their goals.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Develop and implement account plans to achieve strategic goals and deliver measurable results</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Monitor and report on account performance, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and any challenges faced</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and support.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings and customer experience</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain positive customer relationships</li>

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">1+ years of proven experience in account management, sales, customer success or a customer-facing role, preferably within the SaaS industry</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong track record of achieving revenue growth and customer expansion goals</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Demonstrated ability to manage moderately complex technical issues and collaborate with technical teams</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, and various tech stack</li>
