Account Executive ESG - Germany

<p>At Azeus Convene, we’re on a mission to help organizations navigate their sustainability journey, from meeting compliance standards to implementing next-level ESG governance. As part of our rapid growth, we’re expanding our ESG Account Executive team to support the increasing demand for our Convene ESG Software. </p><p></p><p>🔍 Who we are looking for: </p><p>We're seeking passionate professionals with experience in ESG or Sustainability analysis and ESG sales, people who are excited by evolving ESG trends, and who value precision in data and disclosure quality. </p><p></p><p>📌 What you will do: </p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day hands-on sales execution, including marketing requirements.</li></ul><ul> <li>Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals. </li> <li>Manage pre-sales activities through product demonstrations, advising on bid preparation, support with product pricing and realization of business plan targets. </li> <li>Assisting the Sales team with ESG domain knowledge. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Provide advisory to the clients / prospects for the compliance of ESG reporting. </li> <li>Provide onboarding of our ESG reporting platform to the clients. </li> <li>Study various ESG reporting framework and contribute to the evolvement of the ESG reporting platform. </li> <li>Develop and maintain a Sales Pipeline, including pursuing sales leads and prospective clients within our CRM. </li> <li>Attend trade shows inter-state (if required). </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>✨ What you will bring: </p><ul> <li>1-3 years of experience in business development/ sales</li> <li>1-3 years of hands-on ESG/ Sustainability experience </li> <li>A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels </li> <li>A passion for shaping a more sustainable future </li> </ul><p></p><p>🌱 Why join us? </p><p>You'll be part of a fast-growing team, making a real difference in how organizations approach sustainability.
