<p><strong>Overview</strong><strong><br></strong>As an <strong>Account Executive, Enterprise Brands</strong>, you’ll drive new business by selling Dutchie’s <strong>AdTech platform and emerging brand solutions</strong> to cannabis brands. You are energized by hunting, pre-selling innovative products, and closing high-impact deals in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.</p>
<p>You bring a <strong>consultative sales mindset</strong>, understand the nuances of AdTech, analytics, and brand/retailer trade dynamics, and thrive in conversations with senior brand leaders. You’re comfortable operating ahead of the roadmap, translating market needs into momentum, and turning early wins into long-term value.</p>
<h4><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li style="line-height: 1.5;"><strong>Own the hunt</strong>: Build and grow a new business pipeline focused on enterprise cannabis brands, with a focus on <strong>AdTech and new brand capabilities</strong>.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.5;">Drive net-new client acquisition and consistently <strong>meet or exceed quota</strong> for assigned product lines.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.5;">Develop a deep understanding of prospective client needs and <strong>position Dutchie’s solutions to win</strong>, tailoring messaging to strategic outcomes.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.5;">Build and nurture executive relationships that turn early wins into referenceable partnerships.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.5;">Manage the <strong>full sales cycle</strong> from discovery through close, ensuring a clean, high-quality handoff to the Account Management team.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.5;">Forecast revenue accurately while keeping CRM and deal tracking up to date.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.5;">Collaborate with internal teams to <strong>provide real-time product feedback</strong>, helping shape go-to-market strategy and product roadmap alignment.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in <strong>enterprise sales</strong>, ideally within advertising, media, or MarTech platforms.</li>
<li>Proven ability to <strong>hunt, pitch, and close complex deals</strong> with senior stakeholders.<br>Executive presence and relationship-building skills - especially with <strong>cannabis brands and C-level buyers</strong>.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of <strong>AdTech, Retail Media Networks, Trade, and Analytics</strong>, and the ability to simplify and sell these solutions effectively.</li>
<li>Experience working in <strong>fragmented or fast-evolving markets</strong> is a plus.</li>
<li>Proficient in <strong>reviewing, interpreting and synthesizing raw data </strong>to build comprehensive pitch materials</li>
<li>Comfortable navigating long, multi-threaded sales cycles and <strong>introducing first-of-its-kind products</strong>.</li>
<li>A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel as needed.</li>

<h4 style="line-height: 1.5;"><strong>You’ll Get</strong><strong><br></strong></h4>
<p>We are targeting an OTE of $130,000-$180,000 based on the intended level for this role.&nbsp;</p>
