<h3>The Opportunity:</h3>
<p>We are looking for a <span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="1">New York-based Account Executive</span> to drive sales growth within the <span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="3">blockchain market segment</span>. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with blockchain networks, foundations, and ecosystem teams. You will be a key driver of revenue growth and play a critical role in strengthening Nansen’s relationships across the Web3 landscape.</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li>Own the full business sales cycle from prospecting, closing, renewing and expanding accounts</li>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of how blockchain networks utilize on-chain analytics to drive ecosystem growth, improve transparency, and attract developers & users.</li>
<li>Identify pain points and tailor Nansen’s solutions to meet the unique needs of prospects</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to craft compelling value propositions</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including network founders and ecosystem leads</li>
<li>Stay ahead of industry trends, new chain launches, and protocol developments to uncover new opportunities.</li>
<li>Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing to the overall success of Nansen’s</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Must-Haves</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>3–5 years</strong> of experience in Sales or Business Development, with a strong track record of exceeding targets</li>
<li><strong>Deep knowledge of the Crypto ecosystem</strong> and its key players, trends, and market dynamics.</li>
<li>Based in New York and must able to travel occasionally for partner meetings and events. <br>[Preferred candidates must already have the legal right to work in the US at the time of application, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role]</li>
