<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>As an Account Executive at Afresh you will be in charge of managing and growing our relationships with customers. This role will work closely with our customers to identify key pain points and areas of opportunity for Afresh to deliver further value to their business. We are looking for someone who can create excitement in our clients, help them appropriately prioritize their goals with Afresh and establish themselves as a trusted advisor and Afresh as a strategic partner. We will ask you to build close relationships with C Suite executives across the industry.</p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as key quarterback for customer interactions, prioritizations, new opportunities, business reviews and negotiations.</li>
<li>Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.</li>
<li>Establish yourself as trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future roadmap to ensure Afresh is key to that roadmap.</li>
<li>Develop marketing plans with the marketing team to drive continued awareness of value and revenue growth.</li>
<li>Run Executive and CxO discussions and quarterly business reviews.</li>
<li>Be solution-based approach to selling, managing a complex sales process and must possess excellent presentation and listening skills, organization and contact management capabilities.</li>
<li>Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list, and a regional sales plan.</li>
<li>Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.</li>
<li>Run full sales processes as well as opportunity management, negotiation and closure.</li>
<li>Operate with autonomy in a fast paced start-up environment.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>6+ years of field sales experience preferred with an emphasis on supply chain and retail/grocery related technology.</li>
<li>3+ year’s experience focussed on generating new business within enterprise accounts (Fortune 100 Companies)</li>
<li>History of understanding customer pain points, strategic initiatives and mapping solutions to meet those needs.</li>
<li>Executive level relationship management.</li>
<li>Proven success in driving consistent activity, client management and quota achievement.</li>
<li>Proven ability to independently foster, manage and close new client relationships.</li>
<li>Experience hitting quota of $1M+ of ARR per year.</li>
<li>Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy and a positive attitude.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to individually identify what is broken and build plans to fix those challenges.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment.</li>
<li>BA/BS required.</li>
<li>Travel 50%</li>
