<span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';"><b>MetaOption LLC, a Microsoft BC/LS Gold Partner,&nbsp;</b>is looking to add a highly accomplished Account Executive to their sales team.&nbsp;<br><br><b>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:&nbsp;This is a remote position, reporting directly to the Director of Sales.</b></span></span></span><ol><li style="margin-bottom:13px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';">Vet and qualify all inbound leads and send to appropriate sales reps.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:13px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';">Attend all Discovery calls with sales reps for further education on the sales process, and assist in coordination of next steps, as requested.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:13px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';">Create all proposals and secure appropriate internal sign offs, once new proposal process/template is completed.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:13px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';">Manage inbound inquiries, secure assistance where needed.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:13px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';">Ensure updates are created in MS CRM for all reps.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:13px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';">Identify key market verticals for ERP sales thru analysis of marketplace data, follow up on sales lists and proactive outbound solicitation.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:13px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';">Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer investments in our offerings.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:13px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';">Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:13px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';">Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:13px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';">Serve as the customer’s voice within company, advocating for their needs and ensuring service excellence.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></li></ol><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';"><b>Required skills/experience:</b></span></span></span><ol><li style="margin-bottom:13px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';">Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Top level EXCEL and PowerPoint skills for presenting and tracking activities. Must be self-starter successful with today’s remote environment challenges.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:13px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';">At least 5&nbsp;years in account management, sales, business development, or a similar commercial role in a software sales space.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:13px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';">Strong follow up skills and process-oriented approach to an assignment is preferred.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:13px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';">Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 BC/LS, Power BI and/or MS NAV, ERP solutions&nbsp;a significant plus.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:13px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';">Ability to handle rejection and inconsistent responses from customers and continue to provide an excellent “first impression” of MetaOption, is mission critical.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></li></ol><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';"><b><span style="background:#FFFFFF;"><span style="color:#000000;">Note:</span></span></b><span style="background:#FFFFFF;"><span style="color:#000000;"> There will be probation period for 90 days.
