The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and the technical expertise to transform raw footage into compelling content. Only candidates who complete the assessment will be prioritized: <a href="https://app.testgorilla.com/s/ygg7zqg0" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external">https://app.testgorilla.com/s/ygg7zqg0</a></p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul> <li>Edit video content for social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing materials.</li> <li>Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver high-quality, on-brand video content.</li> <li>Work with raw footage and transform it into polished, engaging videos that align with the brand’s style and messaging.</li> <li>Add text, graphics, sound, and music to videos to enhance viewer experience.</li> <li>Ensure all videos meet required specifications, including file format, resolution (4K), and branding guidelines.</li> <li>Manage video files and assets to ensure organized and efficient workflows.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with current trends in video production, editing techniques, and software.</li> </ul><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul> <li>Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing video projects.</li> <li>Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).</li> <li>Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, and editing techniques.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Experience in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) is a plus.</li> <li>Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics is a plus.</li> <li>Experience in editing podcast footage and creating social media reels is highly preferred.</li> </ul><p></p><p>Tools to use</p><ul> <li>Adobe Premiere Pro</li> <li>Final Cut Pro</li> <li>After Effects</li> </ul>
