<p><strong>Position: Lead Generation Specialist (PH Search)</strong></p><p><strong>Work Hours: M-F, Central European Time</strong></p><p><strong>Job type: Full-Time</strong></p><p><strong>Salary: $600 USD/month</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>ABOUT THE COMPANY:</strong><br>We are a marketing agency that launches sales, combining human and AI expertise to maximize branding and communication for B2C e-commerce brands.<br><br></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul> <li>Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels (social media, online platforms, industry events, etc.).</li> <li>Outbound Lead Generation: Execute targeted outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage prospective clients and qualify their interest.</li> <li>Lead Nurturing: Manage and nurture relationships with potential leads by staying in touch and providing relevant information to keep them engaged.</li> <li>Qualify Leads: Assess the suitability of leads based on defined criteria and ensure they are passed to the sales team when appropriate.</li> <li>CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions and updates are properly documented.</li> <li>Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals and optimize outreach strategies.</li> <li>Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall performance to ensure targets are met.</li> <li>Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for lead generation.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>REQUIRED:</strong></p><ul> <li>At least 1 year of proven experience in lead generation</li> <li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage prospects confidently.</li> <li>Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.</li> <li>Analytical mindset and ability to assess the quality of leads.</li> <li>Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented approach to tasks.</li> <li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li> <li>Knowledge of lead generation best practices and strategies.</li> </ul><ul><li>Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>PREFERRED SKILLS:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of outbound sales and marketing techniques.</li></ul>
