<p><strong>Job title:</strong> Graphic Designer</p><p><strong>Schedule: </strong> US Timezone (Working PST Hours)</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>About the company:</strong></p><ul><li>Our client is an innovative and rapidly growing startup in the beauty industry, specializing in premium quality press-on nails and magnetic lashes.&nbsp;</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><ul> <li>Under direction of the Sr. Graphic Designer, complete assigned tasks for design efforts across, but not limited to, email, website banners, social media design, and retail displays</li> <li>Join team meetings or calls surrounding design efforts</li> <li>Complete requested edits &amp; reviews in a timely manner</li> <li>Coordinate with Marketing, Web, and Retail teams to scope out and clarify assigned tasks</li> <li>Photo retouching and color correcting images</li> <li>Brainstorm creative concepts and present new ideas</li> </ul></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><ul> <li>4+ years of graphic design experience</li> <li>Experience working with / for omnichannel (at least retail + e-commerce) beauty brands</li> <li>Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign</li> <li>Experience working with Marketing &amp; Retail teams</li> <li>Strong communication skills &amp; willingness to ask core clarifying questions</li> <li>Experience working with project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp</li> <li>Experience designing emails for platforms such as Klaviyo</li> <li>Experience working with social team to create engaging and trend driven graphics</li> <li>Attention to detail</li> <li>Familiarity with core beauty design principles</li> <li>Strong knowledge of the print process and preparing files for print</li> <li>Strong eye for design and ability to convey the brand aesthetic through compelling, innovative concepts</li> <li>Photo retouching and color correcting images</li> <li>Multitasking/Flexibility to switch between projects or pivot quickly if requirements change</li> </ul></ul><p></p><p>Nice to have:</p><ul> <li>Experience designing retail media for beauty brands, ideally in Ulta and/or Sephora</li> <li>Experience working within ClickUp</li> <li>Web design experience via Figma</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Remote work</li></ul>
