<h3>About the role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a founding Account Executive, you will manage the&nbsp;entire sales and customer lifecycle, from&nbsp;identifying prospects&nbsp;and&nbsp;closing deals&nbsp;to&nbsp;onboarding, retaining, and expanding customers. You will work directly with our co-founders to shape our sales playbook, define key processes, and ensure customers succeed with Clarify.</p><h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the&nbsp;end-to-end customer journey: pre-sales, active sales, and post-sales.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers, running demos and closing deals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Guide customers through&nbsp;onboarding&nbsp;and ensure they see value from our product quickly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling&nbsp;renewals, expansions, and upsells.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and refine&nbsp;sales and success processes, helping us scale efficiently.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with&nbsp;product and engineering teams&nbsp;to provide customer feedback and shape our roadmap.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experiment with different&nbsp;GTM strategies, leveraging both outbound and inbound efforts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define and track key metrics such as revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.</p></li></ul><h3>Your background</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experienced in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Skilled at discovery, running product demos, and value selling.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable discussing both&nbsp;technical solutions&nbsp;and&nbsp;business outcomes&nbsp;with customers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A&nbsp;self-starter&nbsp;who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communicator and relationship builder with a&nbsp;customer-first mindset.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Passionate about&nbsp;AI, automation, and improving sales/customer workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><u>Bonus</u>: Familiarity with&nbsp;CRM tools, AI products, or sales automation software.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><u>Bonus</u>: Early-stage startup experience.</p></li></ul>
