<p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p><ul> <li> <strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Manage a team to ensure billing accuracy and efficiency.</li> <li> <strong>Compliance:</strong> Stay updated on insurance regulations and educate staff.</li> <li> <strong>Performance Monitoring:</strong> Track weekly production and collection targets.</li> <li> <strong>Problem Solving:</strong> Investigate trends with insurance carriers.</li> <li> <strong>Strategic Planning:</strong> Review billing stats and set weekly targets.</li> <li> <strong>A/R Management:</strong> Maintain aged accounts and collections.</li> <li> <strong>Legal Oversight:</strong> Ensure clients understand their responsibilities and our procedures.</li> <li> <strong>Billing Efficiency:</strong> Implement timely billing and follow-up programs.</li> <li> <strong>Reporting:</strong> Submit monthly reports to the CEO/Owner, identifying and discussing trends.</li> <li> <strong>Collaboration:</strong> Contribute to meetings to optimize over-the-counter collections.</li> </ul><p><strong>KPIs:</strong></p><ul> <li>Cash to Bills Ratio</li> <li>Payroll as a % of Gross Income (GI)</li> <li>Collection calls to patients and insurance carriers</li> <li>Re-billed claims and collected amounts</li> <li>Weekly production billing amount</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in Physical Therapy AR</li> <li>Experience with EMRS such as A2C, Prompt, Webpt/therabill, Patient studio, Theraoffice</li> </ul>
