Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the business. We are looking for a Rockstar!</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p></p><ul> <li>Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documents.</li> <li>Handle customer inquiries/feedback and manage communications across multiple channels.</li> <li>Maintain data entry tasks and update company databases</li> <li>Assist in organizing and tracking projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.</li> <li>Assist in project research for supplies (ingredients,packaging etc) and other internal requisitions</li> <li>Prepare reports</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>3-5 years of experience as a Virtual assistant is required</li> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li> <li>Proficiency in using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) are preferred</li> <li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Ability to work cross functionally, flexibility in tasks is very important</li> <li>Experience in e-commerce or social media management is a plus.</li> <li>Accountability, sense of ownership, and organization skills are required for this role</li> </ul>
