<p>Telnyx is transforming how businesses connect and communicate. As an Account Executive on our fast-moving AMER team, you'll sell across the full spectrum of our cutting-edge communications platform — including <strong>Voice, Messaging, Wireless, Video, IoT, and AI-powered voice automation</strong> — to a diverse set of customers from high-growth startups to established enterprises.</p>
<p>You’ll be on the front lines of digital transformation, partnering with technical leaders, product owners, and C-level decision makers at <strong>SaaS innovators, digital-native disruptors, and global enterprise giants</strong>. You’ll lead the sales cycle from discovery to close, supported by a dedicated SDR and Solution Engineer, in a high-velocity, high-reward environment.</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Own the full sales cycle from sourcing to close across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.</li>
<li>Sell Telnyx’s comprehensive portfolio, including <strong>programmable voice, messaging, wireless, global SIP trunking, elastic cloud connectivity, IoT eSIMs, and our expanding Voice AI solutions</strong>.</li>
<li>Engage both technical and business stakeholders to understand their goals and tailor scalable solutions that create measurable ROI.</li>
<li>Partner with our Solutions Engineering team to deliver impactful demos, Proofs of Concept, and bespoke architectures.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a healthy, self-managed sales pipeline using data-driven strategies and tools.</li>
<li>Consistently meet and exceed quota expectations while forecasting accurately.</li>
<li>Drive customer value through a consultative, strategic approach — guiding them through evolving communication needs.</li>
<li>Represent Telnyx at industry events, webinars, and conferences to evangelize our platform and uncover new opportunities.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>2-5 years of <strong>technical sales experience</strong> in CPaaS, SaaS, Cloud, AI, IoT, or data-focused verticals.</li>
<li>Strong record of <strong>quota-crushing performance</strong> across a variety of sales motions (transactional, consultative, and enterprise).</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to sell across <strong>multiple segments (SMB to Enterprise)</strong> with both short- and long-cycle deals.</li>
<li>Experience selling to <strong>technical audiences</strong> (developers, product teams, CTOs) and <strong>business decision makers</strong> (CIOs, CFOs, COOs).</li>
<li>Solid understanding of modern sales frameworks (SPIN, GAP, Challenger, MEDDPICC).</li>
<li>Hunter mentality with a passion for outbound, lead gen, and proactive relationship-building.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills and executive presence — you inspire confidence and bring clarity to complex topics.</li>
<li>Proven ability to <strong>educate customers on emerging technologies</strong>, especially AI-driven innovations in voice automation and speech intelligence.</li>
</ul>

<li>Background in selling CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or telco-grade infrastructure.</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>AI-enabled voice technologies</strong>, virtual agents, conversational analytics, or speech-to-text NLP solutions.</li>
<li>Previous success navigating <strong>Fortune 500 sales cycles</strong> including RFPs, security reviews, and C-level stakeholder alignment.</li>
<li>Track record in building relationships within <strong>developer ecosystems or API-first platforms</strong>.</li>
