To scale our current impact, ASU Prep is advancing a major expansion program taking fundamental responsibility for the communities we serve.<br><br>The 6-12 Learning Success Coach Manager supports, leads, and provides vision in the ongoing planning, implementation, development, direction, review and evaluation for the Learning Success Coach role and team. The 6-12 Learning Success Coach Manager assists the Director of Student Advisement in managing the school and human resources to attain school goals by providing evidence of effective student support that results in student achievement, as recognized through defined learning gains and college going metrics. The 6-12 Learning Success Coach Manager supports Middle School coaches in personal and professional growth activities.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Counseling, or equivalent, required; Master's Degree preferred.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of five (5) years of experience teaching, academic coaching, social-emotional counseling, and/or college-going support for students.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience as an Assistant Principal or Manager, preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience with innovative technologies and online learning, highly preferred.</p></li><li><p><a href="http://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vSuR_-7Z4E-f7t7BGJuVM3gLYz4cK50_zDCI1-Meg510-HRfnmNETQJOxaObwxmrHPgSM1jpjZ1K1gA/pub" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Active AZ Department of Public Safety (DPS) IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, or able to obtain upon employment</a></p></li><li><p>Any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li><p><span>Assist the Director of Student Advisement in planning college going, social/emotional learning, student advisement and other affairs for ASU Prep Digital.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicate and implement the ASU Preparatory Academy mission among the community.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate the developing and mentoring of 6-12 Learning Success Coach staff&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supervise, monitor, observe, and evaluate Learning Success Coaches in terms of their performance and responsibilities in the achievement of school goals and priorities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Cultivate a collaborative working environment that encourages communication, innovation, and refinement of the best instructional practices.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Organize and facilitate Learning Success Coaches and staff- related meetings</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist with the development of short-term and long-term Learning Success Coach team development plans</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor the effectiveness of Learning Success Coach training programs as it relates to preparing and supporting online teachers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Meet a minimum of two times per month with every Learning Success Coach to review performance and provide specific feedback and coaching.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Review monthly progress reports and other ancillary data to identify areas of concern in regard to student, teacher, Learning Success Coach performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coach the Learning Success Coach team to provide individualized support to students based on identified risk factors including academic, socio-emotional, and other potential issues, and supports the development of individual plans for success.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supervise and coordinate quarterly Individual Learning Conferences, as well as manage the process of developing Individual Learning Plans for every student.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage, organize, and collaborate with Learning Success Coaches in fulfillment of Education and Career Action Plan (ECAP) checklists for college/career, course, and academic planning.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Plan and execute school-wide orientations, help sessions and other community events as assigned.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work collaboratively with other departments and services across the school to understand processes, systems, and services and to resolve student issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee the successful onboarding, scheduling and placement of new students in collaboration with the Admissions Team.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Acts as a student advocate to ensure the rights of all students are respected and that all have equal access to the educational opportunities necessary to meet their needs and abilities; Oversees operations to protect student information, student safety, and academic integrity in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create, manage and implement support processes with thorough documentation of iterations as they evolve</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as point of contact and facilitate training for Learning Success Coaches upon initial hire through the duration of new Learning Success Coach training.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare, maintain, organize, and facilitate the New Student Orientation course and monitor data, communication and performance for both Learning Success Coaches and new students.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supervise and monitor completion of 45-day screens to ensure school-wide compliance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide regular feedback to the Director of Student Advisement regarding the performance of Learning Success Coach staff and progress of students.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage, control, direct, and supervise assigned direct reports, including general leadership, planning, organizing, and reviewing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee efforts related to network college and career goals, evaluate current processes and implement strategies to drive data to reach key performance indicators.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Review attendance and truancy concerns, collaborate with stakeholders to re-engage students and families, provide coaching and interventions strategies to maintain school retention and achievement metrics.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support initiatives of other sites and learning modalities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrating respect for others.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Liaise with the IT team regarding reporting and records management needs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Liaise with Human Capital on all team staffing and hiring needs, including job postings, pre-screening support, interviews.</span></p></li><li><p><span>All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li><p>Directly supervises employees. &nbsp;Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word;
