The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with a deep understanding of Google’s advertising ecosystem. As a Google Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing paid media campaigns on Google platforms to drive results for our clients</p><p></p><p><strong>Campaign Strategy and Planning:</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop comprehensive media buying strategies tailored to client goals and objectives.</li> <li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.</li> <li>Create media plans and budget allocations based on client requirements and industry trends.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Campaign Management:</strong></p><ul> <li>Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, etc.</li> <li>Implement keyword research and audience targeting strategies to enhance campaign performance.</li> <li>Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI and meet performance goals.</li> </ul><p></p><ul><li>Performance Analysis:</li></ul><ul> <li>Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant tools.</li> <li>Generate regular performance reports and insights to share with clients and internal teams.</li> <li>Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to drive continuous campaign optimization.<br> </li> </ul><p><strong>Client Communication:</strong></p><ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Google Ads campaigns.</li> <li>Provide strategic recommendations and updates on campaign performance and progress.</li> <li>Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and align campaign strategies accordingly.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Collaboration and Coordination:</strong></p><ul> <li>Work closely with the creative team to ensure ad creatives are optimized for performance and align with campaign objectives.</li> <li>Coordinate with other media buyers and digital marketing specialists to ensure cohesive strategy execution.</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends and Google Ads platform updates to leverage new features and best practices.</li> <li>Budget Management:</li> <li>Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure effective allocation and spending.</li> <li>Analyze cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and other key metrics to optimize budget efficiency.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li><strong>Must Haves:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Media Buyer, Digital Marketer, or similar role with a strong focus on Google Ads.</li> <li>Google Ads Certification (Google Ads Search, Display, and Video certifications preferred).</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to campaign management.</li> </ul> </ul><p></p><ul> <li><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Experience with Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools.</li> <li>Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.</li> <li>Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.</li> </ul> </ul>
