We’re on the lookout for a motivated, client-focused Account Executive to join our growing European sales team. This role will primarily focus on clients in the UK and Ireland, with exciting opportunities to support growth in the Netherlands, Greece, Spain, Portugal, and Italy as well.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br>I joined WeTravel to help build something meaningful — and my goal is to create a high-performing, engaging, and fun team that’s ready to thrive in the European market. As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos, closing deals, and smoothly handing off to onboarding.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br>We focus on understanding each client's unique needs and aligning our solutions to match. You won’t just sell — you’ll guide and support potential customers in discovering how WeTravel (products) can truly help their business thrive.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br>We value proactive, solution-oriented individuals who aren’t afraid to take initiative, spot opportunities, and act on them. Our team moves fast, supports one another, and celebrates wins together — big and small. You’ll spend most of your time doing what actually moves the needle: prospecting, demoing, and following up with qualified leads—we already have a large pool of interested prospects, so minimal time is needed on research.<br><br>We use HubSpot to manage our pipeline and prioritize a consultative sales approach that builds lasting relationships with travel operators. Hospitality or travel industry experience is a big plus, and we love people who bring that customer-first mindset to every conversation.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Why You Should or Shouldn’t Apply</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You should apply if you:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are fluent in English (and fluent in another European language? Even better! Be sure to include it on your resume).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have strong communication and presentation skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are passionate about helping small to mid-size businesses grow.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have some experience in inside sales via email and phone.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have worked in B2B sales, ideally selling to small businesses.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Big plus if you come from a hospitality or travel background and understand the mindset of tour operators.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You might not be the right fit if you:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Don’t enjoy outbound sales or initiating contact with new prospects.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Aren’t comfortable managing a full sales cycle independently.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Struggle with organization or adapting to fast-changing priorities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Struggle with a remote setting/working environment.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h2>On a Weekly Basis You Will Find Yourself</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prospecting and connecting with tour operators in the UK, Ireland, and Southern Europe.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Running engaging product demos that clearly communicate the value of WeTravel.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Managing your pipeline through HubSpot and moving deals through the sales funnel.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Closing new business and ensuring a smooth transition to our onboarding team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Sharing market feedback with product and marketing to help shape future offerings.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborating with a friendly, high-performing team that loves what they do.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><br>Benefits</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Attractive compensation - uncapped commission.
