<p>Account Management focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. The primary objective of Account Management is to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability while identifying opportunities for account expansion.</p>

<p><strong>Success in This Role Looks Like</strong></p>
<p>The Account Growth Manager will be responsible for nurturing our existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling, and expanding the volume of use of our cloud fax platform. This role works closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute account strategies, leveraging their knowledge of the client's business needs and industry trends to achieve sustainable account growth.</p>

<li>Perform account analysis to monitor churn rates and performance metrics</li>

<p>The base salary for this role is $85,000 – $105,000 USD, depending on experience, location, and skills. This role also includes a performance-based commission component. Final compensation will be determined fairly and consistently, in line with our commitment to pay equity.</p>
