<p><strong>Here’s the bit about the opportunity:</strong></p>
<p>As part of the Fireblocks sales team, you will play an integral role in driving growth for one of the fastest-growing companies in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity space. In this role, you’ll focus on small to medium-sized enterprise accounts across the Crypto Native, Web3, and TradFi sectors in the DACH, Nordics &amp; CEE region. You’ll work closely with Sales Engineers and the Business Development team to develop and expand Fireblocks’ footprint in the market.</p>
<p><strong>You’ll be:&nbsp;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.</li>
<li>Collaborating with the Fireblocks BDR and GTM teams to generate and qualify leads.</li>
<li>Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospects and customers.</li>
<li>Conducting prospecting, territory, and account planning to identify new opportunities.</li>
<li>Keeping the Fireblocks CRM up-to-date with accurate account and pipeline information.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You’ll bring:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Sales experience in software or institutional sales, particularly in financial services, crypto, blockchain, or fintech.</li>
<li>Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency concepts.</li>
<li>Prior experience working in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is advantageous.</li>
<li>A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li>
<li>An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive attitude, with a strong drive to prospect and close deals.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a team-selling environment, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
